ABOUT US

NCYFL was started in 1998 by Kenny Graham, Jason Ambroson, Tony Sloan and 7 towns. Original towns were Harrisburg, Moberly, Salisbury, Westran, Paris, Marciline,and Brookfield. The league was formally made in 2004 and consisted of, Ashland, Blair Oaks, Hallsville, Harrisburg, Fayette, Salisbury, Westran, Marciline, Brookfield, Paris, Moberly. In 2011, the league was split into 2 divisions and went a Lower (3rd and 4th grade) and an Upper division (5th and 6th grade). At that time there was 15 towns involved and up to 52 total teams. The first Jamboree was held in 2001 in Moberly, Mo and has been held there since.

Currently the League consists of 8 towns/clubs: Boonville, Brookfield, Centralia, Columbia, Macon, Mexico, Moberly and Southern Boone.

NCYFL is divided up into 2 Divisions and 4 Subdivisions:

Lower Division - which is divided into 2 subdivisions:

3rd Grade division
4th Grade division

Upper Division - which is divided into 2 subdivisions:

5th Grade division
6th Grade division

North Central Youth Football League is a non-profit community based organization formed to provide youth with a positive recreational activity experience. NCYFL is focused on the developmental enrichment of all its members, and is determined to create an understanding, develop respect, inspire leadership, foster teamwork, and establish discipline among our youth through the football program.

NCYFL’s goal is to utilize organized and structured athletics as a tool to enlighten and cultivate the development of well rounded youth through establishing a foundation of the following life skills:
